Parties and Social Functions
Weston Hub is a really great party venue in Bath.
Room Hire
Oak is our largest room at the Hub. It has a wooden floor and a servery hatch into the kitchen. Oak has bright lighting, dimmable lighting and special effects lighting to suit your event. It also has access to a secure garden with play facilities.
Additional spaces are also available
If you hire Oak and need extra space, Beech and Cedar can be the ideal places. They can be used as a quiet place to chat, as breakout rooms or for a buffet.
Setting up
We can work with you to produce a floorplan so you can visualise how you would like the room laid out. This means we can then set up the tables and chairs in the room before you arrive so you can concentrate on decorating and getting ready to welcome guests.
Catering
You can bring in your own food and drink, but we also offer catering facilities if required. Ask our staff about various options.
There isn’t an in-house bar, so you may prefer to hire in a bar or provide your own drinks.
Entertainment
You can bring in a band or disco of your choice for entertainment and we can always provide you with a few recommendations, just ask. We have a portable PA system which is available to hire and allows you to connect an iPod (or any mobile device) so that you can play your own music from it. At Weston Hub we have a full licence for the playing of recorded or live music inside the premises. For the perfect way to share memories there is also a digital projector and screen available to hire for playing photos, images or videos.

We have made the Hub as accessible as possible for everybody.

Loading / Unloading
There is vehicular access right up to the main door allowing easy unloading or loading of supplies and equipment.
Parking
We have a 10 space car park including a disabled space. It is FREE to use for all people visiting the Hub. There is also free on-street parking nearby.
Important things you need to know
•Our licence only permits for music up to 11pm, which is when your event must finish (whatever night of the week).
• We can find additional staff to help you manage your event more easily, so please ask.
