Youth Team Leader - January 2025
At this key moment in the life of the church, we are excited to invest in our youth and grow ministry particularly among the younger generations. We are looking for a gifted youth leader who will help the whole church press into God’s presence, and someone who has a particular passion to see young people coming to faith and developing their gifts.

• Encouraging and developing the young people in life of All Saints
• Developing other areas of ministry such as discipleship, creativity, and evangelism amongst our young people

Some of the responsibilities

• Leading and developing youth work within the church which is of a high standard and open to the Spirit’s direction.
• Being the lead in working with youth in the community, starting new initiatives and developing detached work.
• Recruiting and managing the volunteers for youth work, managing the rota via Church Suite, and general administration.

30 Hours a week flexible to include Sundays and Thursday morning staff prayers.
